1. These Terms
The terms on which we provide access to the EUDR Portal — an account-holder-only site for viewing and downloading the EU Deforestation Regulation compliance documents and shipment records we prepare on your behalf. This is not a sales or ordering platform.
2. Your Account & Access
Accounts are created for you by an administrator — there is no public self-registration. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Permitted Use
The Portal, and the documents made available through it, may only be used for your own internal compliance, customs, and record-keeping purposes. Placeholder — confirm whether redistribution to third parties (customers, auditors) is permitted or requires our consent.
4. Accuracy of Data
Shipment and document data shown here is sourced from our own records and periodic data imports. Placeholder — state how quickly corrections are made once you flag an inaccuracy, and that you should not rely on the Portal as the sole record for time-critical compliance deadlines.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Portal available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control may cause downtime. Placeholder — confirm any service-level commitment that actually exists.
6. Intellectual Property
The Portal itself, and the compliance documents and reports generated through it, remain our property or that of our licensors except where the underlying shipment data is yours. Placeholder — confirm the exact split for documents built from customer-supplied data.
7. Suspension & Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate an account’s access — for example on suspected misuse, a security concern, or when the underlying commercial relationship ends. Placeholder — confirm notice period, if any.
8. Liability
